At CVR Hotel Glassbird, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our guests. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to accommodate various needs and situations. Please read the following terms carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid amounts, excluding any applicable service charges or fees.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1500 rupees whichever is greater.

Non-Refundable Rates

For reservations made under non-refundable rates, the total amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking. These rates are not eligible for any refunds or changes.

If you need to cancel a non-refundable reservation, no refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, where the guest does not arrive or contact the hotel, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

If you decide to check out before the original departure date, you will be charged for the entire length of your stay as initially booked, unless otherwise specified in your booking terms.

Group Reservations

For group bookings of 2 or more rooms, different cancellation policies may apply. Please review the specific terms provided at the time of booking or contact our reservations team for details.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

Special Circumstances

In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, CVR Hotel Glassbird may offer flexible cancellation and refund options. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Modification of Reservations

Changes to reservations, including alterations to dates or room types, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for details on modifying your reservation.
